Hi! I’m Carmina (they & she/he)
I'm an artist & bruja helping medicine people reset their nervous systems and connect to their creative essence. Wielding Mexican traditional postpartum techniques, I create the conditions necessary for people to reconnect with their inner knowing. I specialize in ancestral communication, as well as visualization, inner child, and embodiment practice. I witness artists, dream workers, trans/gender nonconforming/2spirit people, reminding them that they are centered, whole, and guided by spirit in everything they do. ✧
~~✧~ If you wish to
call in or close out artistic projects
identify & magnify benevolent ancestral guidance
reclaim body as home & queerness as sacred
ground yourself as part of the living, animate earth
This space is for you.

What’s in my session?
-
A limpia means cleaning or clearing. A way to sweep the body with aromatic herbs and flowers as a way to impart their spirit. The plants that come offer a reflection of you - the qualities you notice about them come as messages to you.
-
Sobada is approximate to a rub or massage. In this context it refers to an abdominal massage, in which warm oiled hands form a spiral on the belly to clear blockages, adjust the womb/space, and bring the person back to center of their inner cosmos - their place of power.
-
Cerrada means closing. Closing of a chapter. Closing the body, the 13 major joints which in Mexican Traditional Medicine are known as the portals in the body through which emotions and illnesses come and go. These are particularly open in times after pregnancy, creation and transition. Closing the body in this way deeply resets the nervous system.
