Bomb ass Sopa Recipe.

Ingredients:
Cumin
Coriander
Ghee/Butter (optional)
Chicken (meat & feet)
Vegan option: your fav mushroom (mine’s Morel) + miso paste
Carrots
Ginger
Cumin
Zucchini
Potatoes
Onion
Garlic
Broccoli
Celery
Chayote squash
Plantain (optional)
Pink or grey salt
Pepper

If u fancy:
Nettle leaves (use gloves!)
Burdock root
Calendula flowers
Fiddlehead fern
In-season special ingredients you may come across

Garnish:
Cilantro
Orégano
Lime
Avocado

Toast the cumin and coriander in ghee/butter until it jumps a little. Then wash, slice, and put all the rest of the ingredients except garnish in a big pot, bring to a boil and then simmer for at least 30 minutes. I personally love making this into a sour and salty situation when plating, adding extra lime and salt to taste. Makes a great nourishing and soothing soup for the digestion, skin, joints, and immune system. Enjoy!
